What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Use the documented contact channel for your type of request. Avoid sending repeated copies before the stated response window passes.
How can I identify the correct product reference when contacting support?
Correct a copied identifier promptly if you notice a mistake. Ask for confirmation that support has identified the intended item.
What should I compare before choosing a bundle instead of individual options?
A bundle's marketing name may not explain its complete scope. Choose the bundle based on confirmed usefulness and terms rather than the suggestion of completeness alone.
