You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 1 month after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item and it must packed in a new and unused condition. If you have purchased a seat box or powered barrow, we give you the opportunity to test the system for 1 month. In that time if you find it does not live up to your expectations just let us know and we will arrange free collection and a full refund.

To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing. If you have ordered a Seatbox and it does not meet our expectations simply inform us by calling (UK Customers 07342884387, Outside the UK Tel 0044 7342884387 or emailing and we will arrange its collection free of charge and provide you with a full refund.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You have a 30 days trial period from the date the seatbox is delivered on any seatbox or powered barrow purchased.

Our Seatbox and powered barrow range  is covered by 3 year warranty.  The first 12 month warranty covers all costs to correct any fault.  This includes all courier costs to collect and re deliver and any replacement part and labour. After 12 months have expired a remaining  2 year warranty cover is in place to repair or replace any fault.  A  charge of up to a maximum of £40 may be charged to cover courier, collection and redelivery, replacement parts and labour.  The customer should use the original packaging supplied with the product or in the event that this is not available must source equivalent packaging to pack the item being returned  in a manner that will ensure it is not damaged during transit.

If at any time during this trial period that you decide the seatbox is not meeting your expectations inform us via email to or by phone 0800 6124036 and we will arrange collection and a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: All items should be packed in their original packaging. 5.2 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. Please note free collection does not apply to accessories. If you reside in the EU we will provide a return address within the EU for any accessories being returned
